"Borrowing from the ordinary to innovate the extraordinaire is the field of my artistic exploration. The idea behind the visual outlook of this coffee set is derived from a chess set. Unlike the ordinary, this set is designed without handles to save space in packaging and when serving. The pot has three spouts to direct the pour in all directions that add the element of fun in its function. To overcome the tactile problem of heat, the set is cast with double walls, a design found normally in sanitary wares and sometimes in art wares."
